Within four hours of the inital call, a SERVPRO professional will be on-site to start emergency services. The key to reducing damage and preventing secondary damage is responding quickly to damage.
Detailed Explanation:
One of our highly trained SERVPRO professionals will walk you through the loss, and explain step-by-step, what to expect and an estimated time of completion.
Pretesting:
Once the emergency water removal has occurred our team, our team will begin to asses the damage and see what can be restored, or have to be replaced.
Eight Hours:
Within eight business hours of on-site arrival, a verbal briefing of the scope will be communicated to the appropriate person, usually that is the insurance adjuster, property manager and the property owner.
Cleaning & Restoration:
Our technicians will clean and deodorize your property as needed. In addtion they will assess the need to anti microbials to prevent secondard damage such as mold. This is to ensure the property is taken care of right the first time.
Final Walk-Through:
After the work has been completed, a final walk-through will be conducted to help ensure satisfaction.
