Water Damage in Lexington Hotel

This flooded hallway was the result of a broken handle in a hot water supply line. The resulting break caused the entire property to shut down. The property manager was in a panic when we arrived.  We were able not only to clean up the water but were able to assist the property to be able to pass inspection and have all the utilities turned back on.  The property was thrilled with out fast response and helpfulness to keep their doors open.  The property decided to start their remodeling process  and the after photo is the beginning stages of the remodel.
