Leaky Hot Water Header Causes Black Mold in Lexington Basement

This Lexington homeowner came home to a surprise after a two week vacation.  Their hot water heater leaked filling the basement and basement closet with Stachybotrys (Black Mold).  If you notice the extent of the mold covers most of the basement area.  If you notice the after picture that all the mold was removed and the air quality test came back clean the first time.  The homeowner was thrilled with the results due to health concerns of the mold issue.  Our customer was expecting a longer process and was thrilled with the results.  They said they would refer all their friends.
