Flooded Bathroom in Salisbury Hotel, NC

This flooded bathroom was the result of a broken supply line.  This affected the entire three room suite of this hotel.  As you can see in the before photos mold was discovered during the  drying out phase of the project.  Due to the fast response of the on-site manager to contact the professionals of SERVPRO of Lexington / Thomasville we were able to mitigate the mold problem, dry out the suite and have it available for occupancy within a week.  The on-site property manager was thrilled with the speed and professionalism of our staff and said they would never use anyone else.
