Water Damage in Lexington Home

This flooded home in Lexington was the result of a broken hot water supply line in the second floor bathroom.  The loss occurred just after the occupants left for the day and water ran for most of the day until a family member returned home.  The home had standing water on three floors and water was running out of light fixtures as well as running down the walls causing the latex paint on the walls to blister and buckle as you can see on the first photo.  The after photo shows the result of the drying process and restoration.  While the homeowner was distraught over the damage to their home they were relieved to know professionals were on site to get there home back to preloss conditions.
