Meet Our Team Part 1

The adage that there is no “I’ in team is an old saying meaning it’s better to work together as a team than alone to accomplish job or goal.  We here at SERVPRO of Lexington / Thomasville work closely together with customers to insure their property is restored to preloss conditions.  Our highly trained team are available 24/7 to make it “Like it never even happened.”

To help our customers feel more comfortable we wanted to introduce you to our team.  We hope you enjoy learning a little more about us and we would love to hear from you.

SERVPRO of Lexington / Thomasville was purchased in 2012 by Craig and Sonta Harmon. Since that time, they have enjoyed tremendous growth with their company which includes having to move 3 times in 3 years because they outgrew their space.  Craig handles the day to day operations and when he’s not in the office he’s out in the field with his son, Brandon helping customers navigate the complexities of their loss. When not a work Craig and Sonta enjoy spending time on the lake with the rest of his family as well as watching his favorite team the ECU pirates.

Debbie Samuels is our office manager.  She has bee with the company for 3 years.  She and her husband Gary have been married for 46 years.  They both love spending time with their children and grandchildren.  Debbie’s hobbies are sewing, reading, knitting and traveling.

Betty Vanhoy is the SERVPRO Marketing Representative.  She has been with the company for 4 years.  She loves the family friendly atmosphere at SERVPRO.  When Betty is not heling her customers, she is actively involved with the community.  She volunteers with several nonprofits as well a volunteers with her children’s schools.  She loves spending time with her husband of 24 years Clay, her 3 boys and her dachshund Axel.
